The Pressure
Great is the pressure against those who have decided to live and pursue godliness, holiness, and the life in the Kingdom of God. Pressure is geared to press you out of the purposes of God. It bombards the soul of the believer in such great measure that if he doesn’t declare in his heart to press the more into God and His Kingdom he would turn around and go back to the “simple Christian Living’, which is living life on the outskirts of His purpose. It is walking on the periphery of Christian development. Periphery Christian development inhibits the believer’s spiritual growth in such a way that you sit down and stop progressing in the things of God. You will do that because the pressure is too great and the demand too difficult.
This pressure becomes evident when you have entered the road called “Diving Purpose.” On this road, the entire Host of heaven is watching and glorifying God for the way in which a vessel of clay is conforming to a life of godliness, and being developed in the character of Christ. Then we have on the other side, a host from hell that is sent out to set entrapment's that will cause you to weaken, get you off track, or just wear you out, thus causing you to stop moving. On the road of “Divine Purpose’, you are called further into the ways of God. Here is where silence becomes the way in which our confidence in Christ and His ways are perfected. On this road, there is also a pressure that develops which will cause us to internalize our hurts, loneliness and the process in which we are going. Take heed, for this pressure is geared to have you hold onto useless things. This pressure is not God geared. It is our own flesh crying out as it is losing its strength over our lives. But even in this pressure, there is an antidote, and it is to press the more towards, the heartbeat of God. Stay on His narrow road called “Divine Purpose" and know that only those who press and push into divine alignment can come to know the glory and great outshining to our True Redeemer and Reigning KING JESUS.
On this road called “Divine Purpose”, the pressure is allowed to be felt so that we develop a much-needed relationship with the third person of the Godhead, our called-alongside companion, the Holy Spirit. Our relationship with Him is developed to such a great degree that it can be compared to that of a natural mother and her nurturing love her child. A love that can be tender as well as stern when necessary. A mother’s nurturing love makes sure that her child is clothed with all its necessary needs, she directs, instructs, and carefully watches the child learn how to come into understanding and proper functioning within its surroundings. So will be the relationship between the Holy Spirit and us on the road. This relationship is cultivated on this road, so that when the pressure to conform to things other than Christ come to press against us, our relationship with the Holy Spirit will be so firmly established with Him that we will be fixed only on doing and adhering to that which our Lord instructs us. We will have learned through our communion with the Holy Spirit, what things please the Father. It is at this place on "The Road of Divine Purpose" that we learn what it truly means to be led by the Spirit of the Lord, and to embrace the treasures of abiding in sweet communion with the Holy Spirit.
So EMBRACE THE WAY!!!!!
For it will only push you further into DIVINE PURPOSE AND ETERNAL COMMUNION WITH THE LORD HIMSELF.
2 Corinthians 4:7-12
“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be manifest in our mortal flesh. So then death worketh in us, but life in you.” (KJV)
